DEPOSIT POLICY
Requires a security deposit of $25 or $50 to book and secure your appointments.
RESCHEDULING/CANCELING POLICY
While we strive to offer flexibility, rescheduling an appointment multiple times (2-3 instances) within a month may become a concern. We have a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you fail to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, you will lose your deposit. Please note that to reschedule, a new deposit of $25 or $50 (depending on your service) will be required.
LASH FILLS PRICES VARIES
Clients who arrive for their lash appointments with less than 40% of their lash extensions remaining will be charged the full-set price.
LATE ARRIVALS (15-30mins)
Lash appointments are carefully scheduled to provide you with the best experience possible. Being late by 15-30 minutes can disrupt this flow, putting significant stress on your lash tech’s schedule and forcing them to rush or adjust appointments, which isn’t fair to them or to other clients. Performing high-quality work under time constraints can compromise results, yet expectations remain the same. To respect your lash tech’s time and effort, a $15 late fee will be applied for arrivals beyond 20 minutes. An additional $15 will be charged for every subsequent 15-minute delay. Let’s work together to keep things running smoothly.
Given the importance of staying on schedule, late arrivals exceeding 30 minutes may result in rescheduling appointments to maintain fairness for other clients. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion.
This Policy helps maintain our schedule and provide timely service to all clients.
NO SHOW POLICY AND GUIDELINES
We value your time as well as the time of our team and other clients. When a client fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice, it disrupts our carefully planned schedule and prevents us from offering that time slot to another client. Because we reserve our time specifically for you, no-shows result in a loss of income and a missed opportunity to serve others. To help ensure fairness and maintain the quality of service, we retain your deposit in the event of a no-show.
Foreign Fills
We do not perform lash fills for beauties who are currently wearing lash extensions from another lash artist.

We are committed to your satisfaction and will offer a FREE fix or a full refund if you're unhappy with our service or results. Your happiness is our priority, and we want to ensure every client leaves feeling confident. However, a full refund is available under the following circumstances:
If you're experiencing extreme pain or poor retention.
Please note: Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of your appointment. If not, your eligibility for a full refund may be affected, though we will still offer a complimentary fix as an alternative.
Important exclusions:
This policy does not cover symptoms like red, itchy, or watery eyes, which are typically mild and temporary reactions that usually resolve within a day or two. These symptoms may reoccur if lashes get wet, especially for those with sensitive eyes.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions if a consultation was not completed or if important information was not disclosed. It is important to inform us of any allergies or sensitivities prior to your appointment.
