Refund/Return Policy
Refund Policy:
All final sales are non-refundable.
All used products after 10 days are non-refundable.
After 72 hours of opening and using liquid products, they may no longer be eligible for returns.
All lash jars are non-refundable.
Refunds can be given on any returned item sent back within 10 days of receiving after being checked by our goods-in department. Please note that no refunds will be shown on items that arrive at our warehouse damaged or that have been used multiple times. Please email and attach photos of any damaged products when delivered to our support team at beautypop.sup@gmail.com; we will take responsibility for the replacement and returning shipping fee.
Refunds will be processed only when the returned items have been received and checked by our Distribution Centre team and may then take up to 10 business days to reach your account, depending on your bank.
When an item is returned for a refund, please note that the original shipping fees are not liable to be refunded.
Lash tray Policy
We allow exchanges from open items (only if lash trays are used from 1 strip to none, or any deficiency when delivered) must email us and attach a photo of any defect to our support team (www.beautypop.sup@gmail.com). We are not responsible for any used item shipping fees.
We are only responsible for shipping fees on any defective lash trays (unused) upon arrival.
No longer needed items may be refundable once received and after it has been checked by our goods-in department. Refunds may take up to 2-3 business days to reach your account, depending on your bank. Please note that the original shipping fees are not liable to be refunded.
Lash Strips/Adhesive Liner Policy
Open and used are non-refundable.
Send us an email including an attachment photo of the no longer needed items; you are responsible for shipping fees.
